About the Role

The Performance Marketing Lead will lead and optimize media programs across paid search, paid social, and programmatic. You'll own client performance strategy, identify growth opportunities, and execute hands-on in-platform — moving fluently between strategic thinking and tactical work in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and StackAdapt.

This role is built for an operator who thrives in a small, fast-moving environment, can wear multiple hats, and is excited to help shape the performance practice at a growing consultancy. You'll be client-facing, deeply analytical, and accountable for measurable outcomes — demand, leads, acquisition.

Work Arrangement

This role is remote-first, with occasional travel for client meetings, working sessions, and team off-sites. We're structured to let you work from where you do your best thinking — and to show up in person when the work calls for it. Reliable focus time and a professional remote setup are expected.
