Hiring - Performance Marketing Lead

About the role.

The Performance Marketing Lead will lead and optimizes media programs across paid search, paid social, and programmatic. You’ll own client performance strategy, identify growth opportunities, and execute hands-on in-platform — moving fluently between strategic thinking and tactical work in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and StackAdapt.

This role is built for an operator who thrives in a small, fast-moving environment, can wear multiple hats, and is excited to help shape the performance practice at a growing consultancy. You’ll be client-facing, deeply analytical, and accountable for measurable outcomes — demand, leads, acquisition.

What you'll do.

Strategy & Planning

●     Own the performance marketing strategy across client accounts — paid search, paid social, programmatic

●     Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable demand, leads, and customer acquisition for B2B clients

●     Test and evaluate new tools, platforms, and partnerships to expand what we can do

Channel Execution

●     Hands-on management of paid search in Google Ads and Bing Ads

●     Hands-on management of paid social on Meta and LinkedIn

●     Run programmatic media through StackAdapt — audiences, creative, optimization

Client Leadership

●     Serve as the day-to-day performance lead across client engagements

●     Present insights, reports, and recommendations — guide strategic direction with conviction

●     Build trust through clarity — translate channel detail into business outcomes clients can act on

Measurement & Analytics

●     Develop dashboards, reports, and measurement frameworks that connect spend to outcome

●     Build and maintain strong working integrations with CRM systems — primarily HubSpot

●     Read the data, take action — not just report on it

Team & Collaboration

●     Partner with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to develop integrated campaigns

●     Mentor junior team members — raise the floor on what the team can deliver

●  Support client education — turn performance work into something clients understand and value

What we're looking for.

●     6+ years in performance marketing, with a strong track record in B2B demand generation

●     Proven hands-on experience managing paid search, paid social, and programmatic media in-platform

●     Fluent in analytics and reporting — you know how to read the data and act on it

●     Experience working directly with clients, ideally in a consultancy or agency setting

●     Familiar with CRM platforms — HubSpot and Salesforce in particular

●     Comfortable in a small, growing business — can wear multiple hats and move without process overhead

●  Mindset: curious, collaborative, and always looking to test and learn — the discipline of a hypothesis, not the habit of an opinion

Work arrangement.

This role is remote-first, with occasional travel for client meetings, working sessions, and team off-sites.
